Developing Multi Sector Solutions

Co-authored International Technology Park Feasibility Study in Africa.  Developed investment and technical training proposals and budgets.  Enlisted support of influential business, political and educational leaders to promote park within host country.

Leading and Empowering Multicultural Staff

Led international team in privatizing and de-monopolizing fruit and vegetable warehouses in four cities in Central Asia. Trained staff to lead financial and legal documentation process, manage privatization portfolio and develop effective relationships with key government officials.

Directing Complex Business Development Projects

Led investment program for all debt and equity investment fund transactions from $300K to $5MM; Oversaw the evaluation of more than 150 business plans resulting in Board of Director Investment Committee approving eight investments within first eight months of operations.  Promoted fund among potential American, European and Asian investment partners.

Training Banking and Business Executives from Diverse Cultures

During two year period trained more than 400 African, Caribbean, Latin American, Middle Eastern, Pacific Rim and US bank executives, loan officers, business owners, and managers.  Subject matter included financial statement analysis, cash budgeting, financial forecasting and growth financing; and how to apply these principles and techniques to their respective businesses.
